I’ve taken 3600mg of Gabapentin each day for 21 months now! I drink alcohol with them & feel ok. I would just say that the Gabapentin alone will leave u running for the nearest bathroom 20 mins after food or drink!! I’ve been taking 300 mg, once a day for a month for pinched nerve in my back. Have had serious depression this week. It’s one of the listed side effects. I am going to try to wean off after I talk to my doctor. I take 2100 mg a day and also like my Budweiser. My balance is a wreck when I drink, but that could be from the MS. No major issues.
